Amy and Marlo introduced themselves. They placed their demand for $100,000 in exchange for 20% equity. Amy explained how crafting and coloring are a fun time for the kids. They are allowed to break boundaries and color whatever and however, they like. But after the fun time, all that happened was a huge mess of crafting materials and colors. So they introduced Marker Parker.

Marker Parker is a marker holder in the shape of a beehive. It holds the caps and the marker pen can be removed to use. Then goes back to its place. This is how there are no more lost markers. Marlo demonstrated the working of the product. As the pitch concluded, Amy asked which Shark would help kids stay organized and have a clean desk. 

Sharks were presented with a sample of the product and a sketch of each Shark. They then appreciated Marlo for her presentation. Lori inquired Marlo about their age to which replied that she was 7 and a half. Marlo then asked Sharks to try the product.

Lori inquired about the package. If there are markers in it or just the holder. Marlo replied that tits was just the holder. Emma inquired which pens could be used to keep in there. Amy replied that it is currently being used for the board tip markers and they are working on the fine tip markers model as well. Kevin appreciated the idea and inquired why are manufacturers were doing this themselves. Amy replied that they applied for the patent in November of last year. 

Amy then mentioned that Marlo invented this idea a year before. Peter inquired about the selling price to which Marlo replied that it was sold for $15. Lori inquires about the price to manufacture it. Amy answered that it was $2.71 to make it. Emma inquired about the marketing business. Amy replied that the Big Bee, Little Bee is a company that began 6 years ago with a baby towel for Marlo. Marlo shared a silicon scrub for the children to do their dishes. Peter inquired about the rest of the products.

She continued to mention that this year they have made $110,000 with ScruBEEs in the first half. He then asked if they were making money this year. Amy replied unfortunately no as she lost $77,000 because there was another product in the pipeline. But Marker Parker came this way.

Amy almost cried as she had invested $166,000 of her money to follow her dream as her parents did for her. 

Kevin was the first Shark to step out as he thought the business had a lot of problems. Then Mark jumped in. He appreciated her passion as an entrepreneur but she has lots of money a lot. So he quit. Amy tried to pressure the Sharks by sharing their upcoming product as silicon lunch boxes. Lori inquired if she was doing it alone. Amy replied no as she has her daughter.

Lori mentioned that she is a great mother as she supports her daughter but she must have made a great product and then moved on to the next one as an entrepreneur. So she quit. Emma appreciated her as a mother-daughter duo but she couldn’t focus on a product as an investor. So she quit. At last, Peter also quit just like other Sharks.
