Steve Gray, the founder of the Peep show business, was born in Fairbanks, Alaska, and moved to Seattle directly after graduation. The summer after college, he worked as a tour guide for Seattle-based Holland America Line, taking guests around his home state and occasionally pointing out birds along the way.

The employment required him to be in Seattle, and after surviving 22 years of chilly winters, it was easy to fall in love with a city that was always green. He eventually left Holland America to pursue a career in advertising and was about to retire early when he established The Peep Show. He established this business in 2023.

When he was little, his father used to make birdhouses from where he got the idea of designing a unique type of birdhouse. Also, Steve’s father wanted to view the birdhouse, so he installed a camera inside it. When Steve saw that many people wanted to watch the birds, he came up with the concept for the peep show.

In terms of problems, Steve had to find the proper material for quality and pricing, so he would sell his brand effectively. It was hard to develop a new company in this competitive market.  However, he was determined to overcome difficulties and expand his business.
